DEFINITIONS

"Agreement" means all terms and conditions found on both sides of this form, any addenda, and all materials provided at the time of rental.
"You" or "your" means the renter, any person signing this Agreement, any Authorized Driver, and any person or organization to whom charges are billed.
"We," "us," or "our" means AMPM CAR RENTAL, Dubai, UAE.
"Authorized Driver" includes you, any driver approved and listed on this Agreement, and anyone permitted by UAE law with a valid license and minimum age requirement.
"Vehicle" means the automobile identified in this Agreement and all related tools, accessories, documents, equipment, and keys.
"Physical Damage" means damage or loss caused by collision or upset, excluding theft, vandalism, fire, flood, riot, or natural events.
"Loss of Use" means rental days lost due to repair or replacement.

RENTAL

This is a rental contract between you and AMPM CAR RENTAL.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, express or implied, regarding merchantability or fitness of the Vehicle.
We may repossess the Vehicle without notice if abandoned or used in violation of this Agreement.
You waive any recourse for criminal reports or legal actions resulting from violations of this Agreement.

CONDITION & VEHICLE RETURN

You must return the Vehicle to the agreed location, on time, and in the same condition except for normal wear.
No servicing, repair, or part replacement may be performed without our approval.
You must check all fluid levels regularly.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS & POLICE REPORT REQUIREMENT

You are responsible for all damage, loss, missing items, diminished value, loss of use, and administrative fees, regardless of fault, unless limited by UAE law.
All accidents, theft, or incidents must be reported to the police immediately.
All accidents involving the Vehicle must also be reported to us immediately.

LIABILITY INSURANCE

You are responsible for all damage or injury caused to third parties.
If you have your own insurance, we provide none.
If required, we provide coverage only up to UAE minimum limits and only within the UAE.
Failure to comply with terms or failure to cooperate voids all coverage.
Unauthorized drivers void all coverage.
You will indemnify AMPM CAR RENTAL for all excluded or excess liabilities.

CHARGES

You will pay AMPM CAR RENTAL for:

  1. Rental period charges.

  2. Optional services you selected.

  3. All taxes and governmental fees.

  4. Damage or loss of the Vehicle, including repair costs, loss of use, diminished value, and administrative fees.

  5. Fines, penalties, towing, and court fees incurred during rental (except those due to our fault).

  6. Costs of locating or recovering the Vehicle if not returned properly.

  7. All collection costs and legal fees.

  8. Late payment fees as permitted by UAE law.

  9. Interest on unpaid balances.

  10. Improper return fees.

  11. Bank charges for rejected payments.

DEPOSIT

We may use your deposit to cover unpaid charges.
Even if you purchase Full Coverage Insurance, AMPM CAR RENTAL may still require a security deposit based on KYC checks, risk assessment, and customer history/profile.

BREACH OF AGREEMENT

If you breach this Agreement, you are fully liable for all resulting damages and losses.

MODIFICATIONS

No modification is valid unless signed in writing by AMPM CAR RENTAL.

MISCELLANEOUS

No waiver of one breach is a waiver of others.
If any section is void, the remainder of the Agreement remains valid.
This Agreement is the entire understanding between the parties.

RENTAL AGREEMENT VIOLATIONS

Coverage is void if you commit any of the following:
• Unauthorized driver
• Driving under the influence
• Reckless driving or misuse
• Off-road use
• Transporting hazardous materials
• Overloading or improper loading
• Illegal activities
• Using the Vehicle for hire
• Racing or speed contests
• Towing or pushing objects
• Providing false information
• Leaving Vehicle unlocked or with keys inside
• Exiting the UAE with the Vehicle

ADDITIONAL TERMS – AMPM CAR RENTAL (DUBAI, UAE)

1. AGE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum age: 21 years with minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Maximum age: 65 years.
• Young driver fee (21–23): AED 35/day.

2. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• UAE residents: valid UAE driving license only.
• Non-residents: International Driving Permit required if license is not English or Arabic.

3. ADDITIONAL DRIVER

• AED 30/day per additional driver.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• A major credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in the main driver’s name is required.
• Security deposit amounts:

  • AED equivalent of EUR 900 for economy vehicles

  • Up to AED equivalent of EUR 2,200 for higher categories
    • Deposit refunded after 22 working days if no damages.
    • No prepaid, virtual, or rechargeable cards accepted.

5. INSURANCE

• Full coverage insurance: AED 100/day.
• Police report required for any accident or damage.
• If no police report is provided, the renter must pay police report issuance fees.

6. FUEL POLICY

• Return the Vehicle with the same fuel level as received.
• Fuel penalty: AED 100 for lower fuel level.

7. OUT OF HOURS SERVICE

• Pickup: AED 80
• Return: AED 80

8. GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS

• Vehicle may not leave the UAE.
• Ferries are not permitted.

9. OPTIONAL EXTRAS

• GPS: AED 20/day.

10. FEES & CHARGES

• Loss of vehicle documents: AED 600
• Fine administration: AED 160 per fine
• Damage administration: AED 200
• Special cleaning: AED 200
• Lost keys: AED 1,000
• Salik: AED 6 per toll
• Black point fines: AED 200 file fee + AED 200 per black point
• Smoking inside vehicle: AED 1,000

11. VEHICLE INSPECTION & LIABILITY

• Customer may attend inspection.
• Evidence required for damage charges.
• Customer has right to dispute charges.

12. VEHICLE REPLACEMENT POLICY

• Rental is based on category, not specific model.
• Replacement subject to availability.

13. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Refund only if canceled before rental start through official link or “My Booking.”

14. ACCIDENTS & DAMAGES

• Contact AMPM CAR RENTAL immediately in case of damage/accident.
• Police report is mandatory.

15. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• No right of withdrawal is included.

16. NON-NEGOTIABLE AGREEMENT & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

• By signing, renter accepts all terms without negotiation.
• Renter waives right to dispute these terms.
• If full coverage insurance is not purchased, renter is responsible for all damage (small, medium, large).
• In such cases, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Client confirms and agrees that no chargeback claims may be opened under any circumstance regarding rental fees, damages, fines, or any financial loss related to this Agreement.
